The pension protection legal services provided by Wai Thong, including Retirement Pension Consultation, Pension Adjustment Assistance, and Full Pension Care Package, as described on this website.

Any person who accesses our website or engages our Services, whether as a prospective or current client.

"We", "Us", or "Our"

Wai Thong, a legal services firm registered and operating in Thailand.

"Content"

All text, images, documents, tools, and information published on this website.

"Client"

A User who has entered into a formal engagement agreement with us for one or more Services.

• By accessing our website or contacting us to enquire about our Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

Wai Thong provides pension protection legal services in Thailand. Our three service tiers are as follows:

Services are provided in Bangkok, Thailand, and are primarily available to individuals residing in or with pension entitlements connected to Thailand. If you are unsure whether we can assist with your specific situation, please contact us before engaging.

We do not offer services that fall outside the scope of pension protection matters. Our team will let you know at the earliest opportunity if your matter falls outside what we can assist with.

User Responsibilities

To help us serve you well, we ask that you:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when contacting us or during any consultation.
• Notify us promptly if any information you have provided changes.
• Use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
• Respect the confidentiality of any advice or information we share with you.

The following activities are not permitted:

Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (THB).
• Payment terms and accepted methods will be confirmed at the start of your engagement.
• A service fee is payable once you formally engage us for a Service. We will confirm the scope and fee in writing before commencing work.
• If circumstances change and additional work is required beyond what was originally agreed, we will inform you and obtain your agreement before proceeding.
• Refunds, where applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis and will be considered in accordance with the circumstances of each matter. Please contact us to discuss if you have a concern.

• We do not make any representations about specific outcomes. Each pension matter depends on its own facts, applicable law, and the decisions of relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Wai Thong's liability to you in connection with any Service is limited to the fees paid for that Service.

We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of this website or our Services, including loss of income, opportunity, or data, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer protection provisions under Thai law.

If you wish to end an engagement, please contact us as early as possible so we can ensure your matter is not disadvantaged by the transition. We will always aim to hand over documentation promptly.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, payment of outstanding fees, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive any termination of this Agreement.
